1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the website https://ojasgroup.ua/ (hereinafter — the "Website"), owned and operated by LLC "LPG Ukraine" (hereinafter — the "Company").

1.2. By accessing or using the Website, registering an account, or submitting request forms, you (hereinafter — the "User" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Website.

1.3. The Website operates as a B2B platform designed to provide information regarding energy products (liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), diesel fuel, gasoline) and specialized technical services (including the pumping out of liquid and vapor phase LPG from client storage tanks), as well as to facilitate preliminary service requests.

2. User Account and Registration

2.1. To access certain features of the Website, the User must register an account.

2.2. The User agrees to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.

2.3. The User bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (login and password) and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Data and Document Submissions

3.1. The Website allows Users to upload corporate information, including business details and legal documents required for verification (KYC/AML) and formal contract preparation.

3.2. The User guarantees that they possess all necessary rights, legal authority, and consents to upload these corporate documents and personal data of business representatives.

3.3. The Company undertakes to process submitted documents strictly for Client identification, contract drafting, and order execution in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1. Submitting a request or placing an order on the Website represents a preliminary commercial request and does not constitute a direct sales transaction.

4.2. Direct online payments are not processed through the Website interface.

4.3. The supply of goods and execution of services are performed exclusively following the execution of a formal written (or electronic) Agreement between LLC "LPG Ukraine" and the Client, with payments conducted offline via official bank transfers as specified in the Agreement.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Since Website requests are preliminary forms submitted without direct financial transactions on the Website, any modification or cancellation must be handled directly with a Company manager.

5.2. To cancel or amend a submitted request, the User must contact the Company immediately via email at info@ojasgroup.ua or by phone using the official contact details provided on the Website.

5.3. Terms governing refunds, supply cancellations, or service refusals post-contract execution are strictly governed by the signed bilateral Agreement and applicable laws of Ukraine.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content displayed on the Website, including text, logos, trademarks, graphics, UI designs, codebases, and data structures, is the property of LLC "LPG Ukraine" and is protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

6.2. Any reproduction, distribution, or alteration of Website materials without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Product specifications, service descriptions, and pricing displayed on the Website are for informational purposes only and are subject to confirmation in the formal Agreement.

7.2. The Company shall not be liable for technical disruptions, temporary unavailabilities of the Website, or data delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and any interactions arising from the use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of Ukraine.
